  • Your system stays current automatically. Every weekend we re-read your CRM's pipelines, stages, tags, and custom fields and run a scheduled fine-tune. Your change requests — submitted any time through the dashboard — get batched and applied in the same window. No action needed from you.
  • Need something changed between weekends? Urgent tuning outside the weekend window is $147 per incident on Starter & Pro — handled within 48 business hours. Scale includes one urgent incident per month at no extra charge.
  • Big changes to your CRM setup are quoted separately. If you rewrite your custom-field taxonomy, overhaul your pipeline stages, or significantly restructure how your operation is configured, the analysis needs to be rebuilt from scratch. Minimum re-setup fee: $297; larger scopes quoted individually. Weekend tweaks are included.
  • You're always in control of what gets sent. At setup, you choose which action categories the AI executes automatically — SMS drafts, stage moves, notes, tags, custom fields, tasks. Pause or change any category from your dashboard at any time, instantly.

"My margins are tight. Is this really worth the monthly cost?"
One re-engaged deal from silence is worth $8,000–$15,000 in assignment fees. The system pays for itself the moment it catches a lead who replied at 11pm while you were asleep. Most operators recover the monthly cost in the first two weeks — often the first deal.
"My lead flow is inconsistent. Is it still worth it?"
Inconsistent volume is exactly when this matters most. You stop worrying about which lead replied, when, and what to say — because the system handles every inbound the same way whether it's a quiet week or a flood. The analysis runs the moment a message arrives, not when you get around to checking. The leads you'd otherwise miss in a busy stretch are the ones that pay for the whole year.
"I already have GHL workflows. How is this different?"
GHL workflows are also automation — and this is too. The difference is the decision layer. GHL fires on fixed triggers with static logic: contact fills form → wait 3 days → send message. This reads the full conversation history, tags, custom fields, notes, and appointments for every inbound, then decides what to do based on what it actually finds. Not "if tag X send message Y," but "given everything I know about this contact right now, what would a sharp operator do?" Same CRM. Far richer analysis underneath.
What happens if I don't use all my included events?
Unused events do not roll over. Plans are sized so ~95% of clients comfortably stay inside the allowance. If you consistently over-use, we'll recommend upgrading — almost always cheaper than paying overage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month after setup with 30 days' notice. Setup fee is non-refundable. Prepaid top-up balances are non-refundable but remain usable until expiration.
Do you change anything in my GHL setup?
No. We connect to your GoHighLevel CRM to read your data structure and to trigger actions. We do not modify your GHL configuration, automations, or workflows.
What if my CRM data structure changes a lot?
We re-read your pipelines, stages, tags, and custom fields every weekend — no action needed from you. Minor tweaks are absorbed automatically. Major changes that affect the analysis setup are subject to an additional re-setup fee (minimum $297).
Who sends the SMS / email / messenger reply?
Your GoHighLevel CRM does. We trigger the send based on the rules you configured; your CRM is the transport and party of record. You are responsible for consent management, DNC lists, and content compliance.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Month-to-month after setup. Annual plans lock in for 12 months in exchange for 2 free months plus a setup fee discount.
